Un tube \u00e0 h\u00e9molyse ou tube sec, est un tube a essais \u00e0 fond rond, en verre ou en plastique, pouvant contenir 5 ml \u00e0 15 ml de liquide. Le terme \u00ab\u00a0h\u00e9molyse\u00a0\u00bb signifie destruction des globules rouges.
