Le Milieu<\/a> de diff\u00e9renciation Moeller<\/a> : LDC ODC ADH TEMOIN sert \u00e0 diff\u00e9rencier les esp\u00e8ces appartenant aux familles des Enterobacteriaceae<\/em>, Pseudomonadaceae, Vibrionaceae … <\/em>par la recherche de la lysine-d\u00e9carboxylase (L.D.C.), de l’ornithine-d\u00e9carboxylase (O.D.C.) et de l’arginine-dihydrolase (A.D.H.).<\/p>\n

Les bact\u00e9ries appartenant \u00e0 ces familles, fermentent le glucose et, dans un premier temps, les milieux s\u2019acidifient (virage du violet au jaune de l\u2019indicateur BCP). A pH acide, les d\u00e9carboxylases et dihydrolases pr\u00e9sentent une activit\u00e9 maximale. Dans un second temps, lorsque les bact\u00e9ries en \u00e9tude poss\u00e8dent ces enzymes, les m\u00e9tabolites amin\u00e9s form\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des aminoacides alcalinisent les milieux et font virer l\u2019indicateur de pH au violet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
