Microbiotech<\/a> vous propose la g\u00e9lose de conservation et de transport pr\u00eate \u00e0 l’emploi en tubes fins ou en flacons pr\u00e9alablement st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s. Les deux sont \u00e9tanches, ce qui emp\u00eache toute p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne. Ils conviennent aux germes a\u00e9robies et ana\u00e9robies.<\/p>\n

Cette g\u00e9lose de conservation et de transport des souches est recommand\u00e9e pour la conservation des micro-organismes peu exigeants<\/a> comme les Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomanaceae, Staphylococci et Vibrionaceae.<\/p>\n

Mode d’emploi:<\/strong>
\n– Pr\u00e9lever une culture bien isol\u00e9e sur g\u00e9lose nutritive<\/a>, TSA<\/a> ou au sang<\/a> avec une anse de platine<\/a> et effectuer une ou plusieurs piq\u00fbres centrales. Pour les bact\u00e9ries a\u00e9robies strictes, un ensemencement en surface convient mieux.
\n– Incuber au maximum 24 heures entre 20 et 37\u00b0C selon l\u2019esp\u00e8ce \u00e0 conserver.
\n– Les souches se conservent environ 5 ans dans les tubes bien scell\u00e9s, conserv\u00e9s entre 15 et 25\u00b0 \u00e0 l\u2019abri dela lumi\u00e8re.
\n– Ne jamais repiquer directement \u00e0 partir d\u2019un milieu inhibiteur, charg\u00e9 en sucre ou s\u00e9lectif.
\n– Eviter les variations de temp\u00e9ratures pendant le stockage.<\/p>\n
