La G\u00e9lose ac\u00e9tamide<\/a> 500g CONDALAB<\/a> est un milieu s\u00e9lectif destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019identification de micro-organismes capables de d\u00e9grader l\u2019ac\u00e9tamide, notamment Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em>. Il utilise l\u2019ac\u00e9tamide comme source de carbone et permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence l\u2019activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9samination qui produit de l\u2019ammoniac et augmente le pH du milieu. Cette r\u00e9action provoque un changement de couleur de l\u2019indicateur rouge de ph\u00e9nol, passant du jaune-orang\u00e9 au rouge violac\u00e9, ce qui facilite l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des r\u00e9sultats.
