Le bouillon MRS<\/a> 500g CONDALAB<\/a> est un milieu de culture liquide sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour la croissance et le d\u00e9nombrement des bact\u00e9ries lactiques, notamment les esp\u00e8ces du genre Lactobacillus<\/em>. Sa formulation riche en peptones, extrait de viande, extrait de levure, glucose, sels min\u00e9raux et Tween 80 fournit tous les nutriments essentiels au d\u00e9veloppement optimal de ces micro-organismes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son pH acide et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de citrate d\u2019ammonium, LE Bouillon MRS 500g CONDALAB favorise la croissance des lactobacilles tout en limitant celle de nombreuses autres bact\u00e9ries.
